- Sonora Blues Festival
The SONORA BLUES FESTIVAL is held at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds, downtown in the Central Sierra Gold Rush town of Sonora, California. Sonora has recently been rated number three in David Vokac's book "The Great Towns of Northern California." He found Sonora to be an ideal place to live or vacation, only being beat by Napa and Nevada City.
